High Fashion meets Meth Gala

«Promdi» parallels Bruce Venida’s embarkment of becoming the It Model in Manila. The term is a spoof on the presumed pronunciation of «from the province» in contrast with the city dweller.

Cinematographer Jose «Jon» Z Olarte also went on his first journey in shooting and editing this fashion editorial in collaboration with fashion designer Roy Back’s Tears Collection.

«[My collection is about] deceit, truth, faith and love. All create tears, but can’t we just admit it’s always been love», says Roy.
